Return Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 

 

Eligibility for Returns 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase along with proof/ photos to enable us to process your request faster. 


To start a return: 

Step 1: Contact us at support@stepaside.in with all the details of the order and the reasons for return. We request you to include proof / photos to enable us to process your request faster.  

Step 2: Upon receipt of your request for return, we will verify the details shared by you and if your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

Step 3: Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and hand over to the courier service provider. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. 

Your shipping costs would subject to your return having met our Returns Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.  

 

Return Approval: 

For self-ship returns, the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse and as per the other terms mentioned herein this Agreement.  If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you at your cost. 

 

Damages and issues 

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately along with proof. We’ll assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it promptly. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Partially used products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  

Exchanges  

Customer is required to return the item currently in possession. Once the return is accepted, the amount paid for the returned item shall be credited to the User's account upon successful return processing and the user shall make a separate purchase for the required item.  

 

Refunds  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 5 days on receipt of the good return and received at our premises. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In case of delay in the amount getting reflected in your account, we may require you to share a copy of the bank statement or credit card statement for the period in which the refund was made. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received the amount, please contact us at support@stepaside.in
