Shipping policy

Order Processing, Delivery, and Shipping Policy: 

All pre-paid ordered products readily available in stock would be shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. The products which are not readily available in stock will be shipped within 2-4 working days. Shipping is available between Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays 


Please check the shipping fee on the checkout page before payment. We provide free shipping for all our products above a certain order value.  Shipping charges may be applicable for bulk or heavy weight products. 

All orders placed with stepaside.in would be shipped through our courier partners. At present, we only deliver within Bangalore Urban and Chennai. 

The shipping is outsourced to a third-party vendor and stepsaside.in is not responsible for delays, once the products are dispatched. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. 

 

Tracking: 

To track your orders, please refer the order confirmation message you received in your registered email and phone number.   Tracking details will be shared, allowing you to check the status of your shipment. You are required to contact the courier partner for any tracking, or delivery-related clarifications/issues.  


Payment:  

To ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.  

All orders must be prepaid using one of our secure online payment methods, including [list available options like credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, etc.].  


Mandatory Requirements for Shipping: 

All orders will be delivered only to the registered postal address of the buyer as mentioned on the “Order Summary” page before checkout. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details which should include Full Name, address with City / State, Postal code, Land Mark if any, and Telephone number with an alternate number to ensure timely delivery. 


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, with proof, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

In case of delayed orders for more than 10 working days beyond the tentative delivery date, feel free to write to us on support@stepaside.in and please with your order ID in the subject line.
